Your Space, Your Everyday Life
Harmoni & Flow | Environmental Experience Questionnaire
Estimated time: 5–10 minutes
Your home is more than a collection of rooms. It's where your routines unfold, your habits take shape, and your everyday life happens.
These questions help us understand how you naturally interact with your surroundings, what works for you, and where your space could better support the way you live.
There are no right or wrong answers. A sentence or two is plenty, and specific examples are especially helpful.
1. Where do you naturally spend the most time when you're at home, and what do you usually do there?
2. What's something you regularly find yourself moving, searching for, adjusting, or working around in your home?
3. When you come home after a long day, where do you go first, and what do you usually do?
4. Is there a place in your home you tend to avoid or rarely use? What do you think keeps you away from it?
5. Think about a space where you've felt especially comfortable, whether it's your home or somewhere else. What do you remember liking about it?
6. What things in your surroundings tend to bother or distract you? For example, noise, lighting, clutter, temperature, smells, or activity around you.
7. What's one everyday activity at home that feels more difficult or inconvenient than it should?
8. When you want to relax, focus, or recharge, what do you usually change about your surroundings, if anything?
9. Are there any objects, areas, or arrangements in your home that you feel especially attached to? What makes them important to you?
10. If your home could make one part of your everyday life easier or more enjoyable, what would you want that to be?
