Understanding You Is Where Good Design Begins

Your environment influences how you think, feel, and move through everyday life. At Harmoni & Flow, we believe thoughtful design begins with understanding the person who inhabits the space.

Personality assessments offer valuable insight into your natural tendencies, preferences, and ways of interacting with the world. By exploring these characteristics, we can make more intentional design decisions that support your comfort, well-being, and daily routines.

There are no right or wrong answers, and no personality type is better than another. The goal isn't to put you in a category. It's to better understand what makes a space feel like yours.

Before You Begin

For the best experience, please complete this assessment on a desktop or laptop computer, rather than a phone or tablet.

Once you finish, your personalized personality report will appear on the screen. Please save a copy of your results immediately, as you may not be able to retrieve them after leaving the page. You can do this using your browser's Print → Save as PDF option.

What to Share With Harmoni & Flow

We only ask that you share your five broad personality scores: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (Emotional Stability).

The remainder of your report is yours to explore and keep private. You do not need to send us your complete report or any of the detailed personality descriptions. If you discover something you'd like us to consider when designing your space, you're always welcome to share it, but doing so is entirely optional. Your personality is not a prescription for your space. These results simply give us another perspective from which to understand your preferences, habits, and individual needs.
